# CRM integrations

> Connect HubSpot or Salesforce for CRM tools and contact imports.

Persistence supports HubSpot and Salesforce connections.

Connected CRM accounts can provide agent tools and contact-group imports. Available tools can include lead, contact, case, deal, query, and task operations, depending on the provider.

## Import campaign contacts

  <Step title="Connect the CRM">
    Open **Integrations**, choose HubSpot or Salesforce, and complete the provider authorization.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create a contact group">
    Open **Contacts**, select **New contact group**, and choose the connected CRM as the import source.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the result">
    Confirm the imported, valid, invalid, and duplicate counts before saving the group.
  </Step>

Grant only the CRM permissions needed by the workflow. Test create or update actions with non-production records before enabling them for live calls.
