# File and workflow limits

> Verified limits enforced by the dashboard and public API.

These limits are enforced by the current product interfaces or public API.

| Agent import package       | One `.pa` file up to 2 MB                         |
| Knowledge base document    | PDF only, up to 5 MB per file                     |
| Voice-cloning clip         | WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG, M4A, or WebM under 10 MB     |
| Contact-group upload       | One `.csv`, `.xlsx`, or `.xls` file up to 21 MB   |
| API outbound batch         | Up to 1,000 recipients                            |
| Shared agent link          | Expires after 1, 3, 7, or 15 days; up to 20 opens |
| Knowledge base name        | Up to 128 characters                              |
| Knowledge base description | Up to 512 characters                              |
| Agent API name             | Up to 64 characters                               |
| Agent API description      | Up to 512 characters                              |
| Workspace API keys         | One active key at a time                          |

Limits can differ from provider quotas and workspace permissions. A campaign's concurrency cannot exceed the workspace concurrency available to it.
