Connect a calendar

Store the credential

For Cal.com, use an API key. For Calendly, use a personal access token. Store reusable credentials in Secrets.

Add the connection

Open Integrations, choose the provider, name the account, and enter or reference its credential.

Choose an event type

In the agent’s calendar action, select the connection and event type.

Limit the actions

Enable at least one of Check availability, Book appointment, Cancel booking, or Reschedule booking.
Describe when the agent should use the calendar and what it must confirm before making a change. Test time zones, unavailable slots, ambiguous dates, and provider errors.
